Duties & Responsibilities Ensure day to day operations are in full compliance with local regulatory requirement. Drive the automation of Regulatory Reporting with local and regional teams. Develops, recommends and executes Operations Risk Control Framework. Exhibits a full knowledge and thorough understanding of the entire operations functions. Implementation of regional policies and procedures, workflow and risk management. Deal with local regulators and Compliance for Operations related issues. Liaise with regional managers, hub-processing centers and other functional units on operations issues, and projects implementation. Responsible for Treasury Services products i.e. high value, low value, cross currency and local currency transfer etc and working in close partnership with regional hubs. Check and ensure that all transactions are processed in a complete and accurate manner. Response and reply any inquiries from others, both internal and external clients on transactions related to the department. Co-ordinate with the various departments to ensure that processing and reporting procedures in respect of new and existing regulations are in compliance. Ensuring all matters relating to operating risk management are addressed on a timely basis. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and regular control review to ensure existing control are in place. Perform regular and annual review to update and revise SOPs. Qualifications Proven leadership qualities and ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving department goals and objectives. Ability of identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss. Willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals. Commitment to providing high standards of quality deliverable. Thorough knowledge and experience in CIB products. Ability to use appropriate interpersonal style and methods to effectively address and manage conflict issues. Ability to communicate proactively and openly with internal business partners. Demonstrate ability to implement and manage change. Effective delegating, planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives. Adaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
